By combining angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy with first-principle calculations, the electronic band structure of ferromagnetic semiconductor CrGeTe3 is obtained. The valence bands with different kz dispersions are distinguished, and the indirect band gap is determined to be 0.38eV by potassium doping.
